For instance, it is important to list your property as a way of declaring to the real estate world that you have something they can acquire. The message will spread like wild fire and moments after placing the real estate company runs your advertisement on the site, the number of inquiries will continue to rise. When you list your property, it differs from erecting a sale advertisement outside your asset and hoping that someone will notice it. If you are in a conservative environment, the advertisement will rot on your yard without any person making inquiries.

Here’s my follow-up on the great cleanup day.

In one day, a total of 70,500 pounds of various types of trash was gathered for recycling and proper disposal. This included the to-be-expected plastic debris all the way up to the kitchen sink. On a very positive note, the Chief of the Yachats Fire Department reported NOT ONE SINGLE 6 pack collar sighted. These collars are absolutely deadly to various marine mammals and birds as they are a choking hazard. Thanks to all those who volunteered. Maybe we will see you at the Fall 2010 Oregon Beach Cleanup. It’s fun, free, worthwhile and a terrific reason to make a trip to our beautiful part of the world.

This year, I finally got to see another species of Trillium in the redwoods. Apparently, it’s habitat reaches into southern Oregon near the coast.
